Run, Forest, Run: Tennessee Abortion Supporter Favors Both Theft & Death

If your moral code is wrong about the big things, the little things will be out of whack, too.

Case in point? Students for Life of America (SFLA) groups are regularly discriminated against by the abortion lobby on campus while advocating for preborn children. Abortion supporters who think it’s perfectly all right to kill human babies in the womb unsurprisingly also think it’s perfectly acceptable to inflict various kinds of other injustices on our students.

That’s exactly what has happened recently at Middle Tennessee State University.

SFLA Mid-Atlantic Campus Formation Coordinator Jackson Lewis reported:

“Last week when I was tabling with the Cemetery of the Innocents display at Middle Tennessee State University, a woman approached my table and asked who we were and what we do as an organization. Her demeanor was calm and relatively neutral when I explained. After a few more questions, she asked if she and her friend could pose for a picture with the yard signs we had put up for the display.

“I said that was fine. Both students each then grabbed a sign and posed for a picture. Immediately afterwards, the initial student who talked to me sprinted off with the sign she was holding. We called after her to stop, but she ran off out of sight. Later, I filed a university police report and they found the sign — damaged and in a trash bin not too far from where the display had been.”

Unfortunately, it isn’t unusual for SFLA groups to be harassed in this manner. In Michigan, a pro-abortion student recently stole a Charlie Kirk prayer vigil poster. At Harvard University, yet another angrily overturned a SFLA table. In Colorado, a pro-life student was physically and verbally assaulted while peacefully protesting.

These stories are just from the past couple weeks.

SFLA President Kristan Hawkins succinctly summed up the issue, saying: “The Left keeps reaching into the same bag of tricks. When they can’t win the argument, they resort to intimidation and violence.”

She continued, “I’m proud of our staff and students’ unwavering commitment to peaceful advocacy, free speech, and the safety of everyone we engage with. We call on all members of the campus community to reject aggression and violence and engage in respectful dialogue, especially on issues as vital as the value of human Life.”

When the tree is rotten, it will produce bad fruit — and killing innocent human life is about as rotten and ugly as can be. Let the fruit speak for itself: The legalization and consequent cultural acceptance of abortion have seriously deteriorated our society’s moral code.

It’s the job of the Pro-Life Generation to change that.

Abortion supporters can run from it (and steal our stuff to take with them), but a cultural change for Life is about to take hold in this nation crying out for moral clarity.
