Color us NOT surprised: a Planned Parenthood regional chapter got caught red-handed distributing explicit coloring pages to small children at the Kentucky Science Center. This time, one of the Students for Life of America (SFLA) staff members, Meredith Dixon, witnessed it firsthand.   

Dixon, her husband, her six-year-old son, and her three-year-old son took a fun day trip to the Kentucky Science Center, an interactive children’s museum, for a colorful and educational experience during the center’s Health & Wellness Days.   

“We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to find numerous health vendors providing hands-on activities throughout the museum,” recalled Dixon. “The boys had a blast holding squishy brains, making blood vessels out of pipe cleaners, and touching 3D heart models.”  

However, the notorious abortion vendor drew up different plans, far more than any parent bargained for, including Dixon and her husband. On the third floor, a Planned Parenthood table had disturbing “children’s” activities to show kids. Not only that, but Planned Parenthood representatives reportedly handed out inappropriate sexual coloring books to kids.  

“I immediately sent the boys in the other direction with my husband and went over to look closer,” Dixon explained. “An interactive wheel had statements like ‘Safer Sex,’ ‘Repro Justice,’ ‘Birth Control,’ ‘LGBTQ,’ ‘STI/STD,’ and ‘Planned Parenthood.’”  

To put the cherry on top of a thoroughly disgusting cake, two stuffed animals depicting sexually transmitted diseases sat on the table, along with brightly colored stickers and buttons meant for children to take. All of this was at a museum for young children.  

After intense backlash and media attention, including the widely circulated Christan Post, the children’s museum was forced to apologize and claimed in its statement that a “staff member inadvertently distributed an item that wouldn’t typically be used in a setting like this event.” Even if this statement is taken at face value, it still doesn’t explain the STD stuffies, buttons, and stickers meant for children.   

All these fit Planned Parenthood’s M.O.: target children outside the womb with explicit materials and advice, as well as life-altering hormones. After all, the Abortion Goliath facilitates the execution of 1,076 preborn babies per day and has a past track record of targeting school children.   

Remember this from a year ago?   

“What’s even more disturbing is their obsessive need to push sexualization not just to college students but also to children,” SFLA reported in February 2024, the month of love. “This is the same Planned Parenthood that tried to hand out pamphlets to high school students (shout-out to this school principal for protecting her students) and made puberty-blocking and chemical abortion-promoting cartoons. They also released an insane tweet about why virginity isn’t a real thing. Why should anyone be surprised?” (emphasis added)   

In 2022, SFLA reported that Planned Parenthood promotes Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) in schools, which “desensitizes young children to sexual discussion by showing vulgar graphics and holding explicit conversations.”

Planned Parenthood openly contributes to the mutilation of children by reportedly becoming the second largest vendor of chemically castrating drugs in the United States. At the very least, a recent UK and independent review confirms our suspicion about this “treatment.” The study found that gender identity “confirmation” through surgery and puberty blockers is “shaky” and for doctors to be “extremely cautious” in prescribing these “remedies.”

This recent “incident” in Kentucky is in line with Planned Parenthood’s disgusting marketing strategy aimed at children. That doesn’t mean SFLA and concerned parents across America, like Dixon, can’t stand up and make their voices heard.  

“I was sad that my children had to miss part of the museum to avoid this inappropriate display,” said Dixon. “But more so, I was sad that Planned Parenthood was allowed to infiltrate a family institution, seeking to indoctrinate the little humans they ultimately seek to destroy.”  

In this case, the voices of strong parents and concerned citizens prevailed, forcing Planned Parenthood to back off and discouraging other entities from supporting it.
