“The media is schizophrenic when it comes to babies. On the one hand they say there’s an infertility crisis, but on the other, they say there’s a lack of abortion. We need to build a culture that welcomes children, and we need to recognize what abortion truly is: human sacrifice,” said Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins.
WASHINGTON, D.C. (03-25-2026) – This week, Students for Life of America (SFLA) President Kristan Hawkins made her return to college campuses with the launch of her new “Abortion is Human Sacrifice” National Campus Tour, kicking off at Texas Tech on Tuesday, March 24.
This year’s bolder-than-ever tour honors the legacy of Champion for Life Charlie Kirk. Last fall, Hawkins was mid-sentence at one of her tour stops when she learned the news that her good friend had been assassinated while sitting under the exact same “Prove Me Wrong” banner.

For some, that news would have inspired fear and self-censorship. But at SFLA, we know the only response is to continue speaking truth into the darkness — which is why we’ve returned to campuses this spring not with watered-down messages but with bold, unapologetic tours that refuse to compromise on Life.
SFLA’s spring speaking tours include Lydia Taylor Davis’s “Make Gen Z Anti-Abortion Again” Tour, the “Do Women Need Abortion?” Tour (featuring former abortionist Dr. John Bruchalski alongside SFLA’s own Faith Elwonger), and Hawkins’ “Abortion is Human Sacrifice” Tour.
Below are the confirmed stops for Hawkins’s tour, with more to come:
- Texas Tech — Tuesday, March 24
- University of Iowa — Tuesday, March 31
- Kansas State — Wednesday, April 1
- University of California, Riverside — Thursday, April 9
- University of Maryland — Tuesday, April 14
- University of Virginia — Wednesday, April 15
- Washington State University — Tuesday, April 28

The Pro-Life Generation (PLG) is an umbrella organization encompassing the most-cutting edge engagement opportunities for a Vote Pro-Life First Community. PLG includes Students for Life Action (SFLAction), a 501c4, along with its 501c3 sister organization, Students for Life of America (SFLA), that together make up the nation’s largest, pro-life youth organization, managing a grassroots political and policy operation engaging Americans of all ages but with a special emphasis on the largest segment of voters — the Youth Vote. Headquartered in Fredericksburg, VA, PLG/SFLA/SFLAction serves more than 1,670 groups on middle, high school, college, medical, and law school campuses in all 50 states. Our team has more conversations with this generation targeted by the abortion lobby than any other pro-life operation in the world, each week reaching more than 18 million across social media platforms and averaging 1.3 million video views. In addition to SFLA/SFLAction, PLG leads multiple initiatives to lead and serve the future of the pro-life movement including the Campaign for Abortion Free Cities, Standing With You, and the Demetree Institute for Pro-Life Advancement . Over more than 19 years, PLG CEO Kristan Hawkins has grown the operation into a nearly $25M organization, now preparing for an abortion-free America.
