Every semester, the Pro-Life Generation eagerly participates in National Pro-Life Chalk Day, a time when passionate pro-life students nationwide come together to chalk inspiring messages and artwork across their campuses and communities. Dozens of Students for Life groups have once again created and submitted an abundance of amazing art—which always makes selecting the top ten a daunting task. After careful consideration, we’ve managed to narrow it down. Now, the spotlight is on you. Look at our outstanding finalists below (in alphabetical order) and vote for your top three favorites!

Voting concluded at 2 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 28. The winners in order are the Crusaders for Life of Bishop Heelan Catholic High School, Students for Life of New Mexico State University, and Students for Life of Florida State University.

Butler Bulldogs for Life of Butler University

This group intricately demonstrated the uniqueness of life by chalking a detailed DNA strand and emphasizing the sacredness of the preborn.

CCU for Life of Colorado Christian University

CCU for Life took inspiration from Psalm 139 as they beautifully created a preborn child placed on a ball of yarn: “For it was you who formed my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” (Psalm 139:13)

Crusaders for Life of Bishop Heelan Catholic High School

This group also took from the Bible for the creation of their gorgeous art, featuring fantastic florals and a verse from Jeremiah: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5)

Gianna Molla Pro-Life Club of St. Catherine of Siena Academy (MI)

The Gianna Molla Pro-Life Club’s art features an elaborate display of shading within their depiction of a human heart, alongside a fetal development fact about when a preborn child’s heart begins to beat.

Students for Life of Calhoun Community College (Alabama – Huntsville & Decatur)

This group accompanied their encouraging message for pregnant moms with a positive pregnancy test. A new mom’s life is indeed “just beginning” in many ways, as she brings a wonderful new life into the world.

Students for Life of Florida International University

Students for Life of Florida International University created a spectacular array of hearts surrounding a preborn child, while promoting resources and help for women on a sign that features Pro-Life Generation’s Standing With You Initiative.

Students for Life of Florida State University

This Students for Life group’s excellent chalk art emphasizes the value of the preborn. They created an impressive depiction of a preborn child with a heartbeat and detailed flowers.

Students for Life of Liberty University

Students for Life of Liberty University proudly displayed their support for life surrounding a preborn child adorned with beautiful flowers.

Students for Life of New Mexico State University

This group created a stunning work of chalk art that beautifully shows a breastfeeding mother surrounded by two important messages and magnificent flowers.  The Pro-Life Generation is truly called to “love them both.”

Students for Life of University of Northern Colorado

This Students for Life group’s positive message—“you had value before birth”—was garnished by complex swirls, flowers, and hearts.

Honorable Mention: Ware County High School

A student from this school is leading an effort to get a Students for Life group started at her school but facing many challenges throughout the process. Though she was not permitted by her school to chalk on the sidewalks, she innovated—posting pro-life messages on sticky-notes around her school, finding “a way to include everyone who wanted to participate, keep it on campus, and still have the chalk effect.” The image above depicts just some of the messages she and some pro-life peers displayed on their campus.

Thank you so much to ALL who participated in this fun event!

Please select your top three favorite works of art below. Voting concluded at 2 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 28.
