Once you’ve learned about abortion and realized you feel called to do something about it, you’re probably wondering how you can make a difference. There are MANY different ways you can take action to protect the preborn. Students for Life, after years of working with students and learning what works and what doesn’t, has adopted what we call the 5 Pillars of Pro-Life Activism.
Whether you’re part of a Students for Life group or not, engaging in each of these 5 Pillars is crucial to carrying out well-rounded pro-life activism. Like we said, we hope you are part of a Students for Life group. But even if you aren’t (yet), you can still find ideas for what you can do to protect life in your community.
The Five Pillars of Pro-Life Activism
- Effective Education
- Rapid Response
- Industry Impact
- Public Policy
- Supportive Services
Explore the menu at left to see how you can use the Five Pillars to make a difference for life. Keep in mind – many of the pillars have overlapping event ideas, so make sure to check out every page to see all of our event & activism ideas.
