Initial launch of Students for Life Action’s Undercover Project highlights Oklahoma, West Virginia & South Carolina, with more to come.
“Students for Life has been meeting with state legislators and state Attorneys General making the urgent case that more action must be taken and legal protections created to address a new kind of criminal cartel,” said Students for Life’s Kristan Hawkins. “An Abortion Pill Pushing Cartel operates out in the open, with the love and support of the media, no matter who gets hurt. But when it comes time to make a sale, like any illegal operation, the pill pushers ask no real questions except these: How are you paying? & Where are we sending deadly Chemical Abortion Pills?”

WASHINGTON D.C. (12-22-2025) – In advance of state legislative sessions in which Students for Life Action (SFLAction) plans to engage with Chemical Abortion Pill legislation, SFLAction has released undercover videos showing just how easy it is to get Chemical Abortion Pills. Newly released videos from Oklahoma, West Virginia, and South Carolina feature a young man and woman from each state showing just how easy it was to get the pills online, either paying for or requesting them for free – despite laws in place that protect Life. These videos, along with others to come, are also part of a conversation that SFLAction has been having with state Attorneys General who have tremendous authority to address illegal operations in their respective states.

SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins noted that “in a picture worth a thousand words, we are showing legislators and attorneys general that Chemical Abortion Pill traffickers ignore pro-life laws.”
She continued: “The new back alley of abortion runs through the U.S. Post Office, thanks to the Biden Administration, which recklessly deregulated Chemical Abortion Pills and allowed for No Test, Online Distribution by mail. All the wrong people are fighting for this negligent distribution. Pill profiteers and abusers love the fast sale and easy access. But preborn children will die, and their mothers are exposed to injury, infertility, and death. Added to that are risks to the environment. If you use abortion industry data speculating on the number of Chemical Abortion Pill deaths, each year more than 50 tons of chemically tainted blood and placenta tissue, along with human remains, are flushed into our waterways. You don’t have to be pro-life to want crystal clear drinking water.”
