On Monday, April 18, Senator James Lankford of Oklahoma will join Kristan Hawkins, President of Students for Life Action and Students for Life of America, for a student-sponsored, public conversation on the future of America post-Roe. The event is hosted by OU’s Norman Students for Life.

Together, Senator Lankford and Hawkins will explore questions such as:
- What will abortion law look like state-by-state once Roe is reimagined or reversed by the Supreme Court?
- Who is currently standing in the gap for pregnant women and families?
- What can the average concerned citizen do to be part of positive change?
Please join Senator Lankford and Kristan Hawkins at OU’s Oklahoma Memorial Union’s Scholars Room on Monday, April 18, at 2 PM. Lunch will be provided and time will be allotted for members of the press to address questions to the speakers.

Students for Life Action has been active in Oklahoma multiple legislative sessions, working closely with legislators to introduce, support, and pass the Life At Conception Act, which was signed into law by OK Governor Stitt this month.
