
WASHINGTON D.C. (02-25-2020) – “It’s tragic that today a majority of Senators could not prevent the on-going inhumanity of late-term abortions and actual infanticide, taking place inside abortion vendor operations,” said Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins. “The only silver lining is that every Senator and member of the House is now on record for whether they support medical care for babies born during abortions and for what protection they would offer preborn infants at 5 months of pregnancy and beyond. These votes matter, but that doesn’t change the fact that this is a tragic day.”
