TURNING POINT AT MOTT COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Turning Point at Mott Community College in Michigan was established in the spring of 2025 and is a collaboration between Turning Point USA and Students for Life of America. The group covers four Mott campus locations in Michigan: Fenton, Clio, Lapeer, and the main location in Flint. They now have seven active members. The group hosted 10 events on campus this year, including the Chemical Abortion Hurts tour and training, the See Me Now tour, two Charlie Kirk prayer vigils, and a tabling event for Charlie Kirk to change hearts and minds on abortion and provide support for pregnant and parenting students. They also attended the Michigan Lobby Day in Lansing. They were nominated for helping save a baby on campus and supporting the mother through her pregnancy and beyond!

Turning Point at Mott Community College’s Top Accomplishment in the 2025-2026 Academic Year:
Baby Save on Campus
When Michigan Regional Coordinator Morgan Reece saved a baby on their campus, Turning Point at Mott Community College immediately stepped in to offer help.
One of the members is a mom of two who had an unplanned pregnancy with her first baby and was also pressured to abort. She offered to reach out to Mama A to encourage her to choose Life.
The group’s president, Grace Stevens, was in contact with Morgan as she coordinated with the Pregnancy Center and the Embrace Grace Ministry that Mama A worked with. They circulated Mama A’s baby registry to the group members and in their social circles to gather as many donations as possible. Standing With You co-hosted a baby shower for Mama A with Embrace Grace. Working with SWY, the group was able to give her a free year of diapers through the SWY Diaper Fund, and the president was able to deliver a SWY Mama Box to her!
Turning Point at Mott Community College regularly tables on campus, and on the day of the baby save, they had decided to host a recruitment table for the club in honor of Charlie Kirk’s birthday. It was because of that dedication that they met Mama A and were able to support her all the way through her pregnancy and after birth.
COMING SOON IN 2026-2027 . . .
Turning Point at Mott Community College hopes to continue their leadership on campus by continuing to spread the truth about the pro-life movement through tabling. They also plan to help pregnant and parenting students by providing material support and resources during the 2026-2027 academic year. This includes their plan to host a Cemetery of the Innocents display, participate in the National Pro-Life Sidewalk Chalk Day, and volunteer at a local Pregnancy Center.

HOLY CROSS SAINTS FOR LIFE
Holy Cross Saints for Life at Holy Cross College in Indiana was established in 2009, but they only recently became more than “the group that travels to DC for the March for Life.” In 2021, a small group of students decided they wanted to extend the club’s mission to include education and outreach for their peers. Today, Saints for Life has 102 members, making them the largest group on their campus, and is devoted to establishing a culture of life on campus and in the South Bend community.
The group is dedicated to service and prayer as taught by the Catholic Church . . . and they still go to the DC March for Life every year. Saints for Life has hosted 25 events on campus this year, including an apologetics tabling, discussions on abortion in the black community, and initiatives that honor the dignity of every person. The group handed out roses to all the ladies on campus for International Women’s Day, and they collaborated with organizations around South Bend to host feminine product drives, diaper drives, and blanket drives for the homeless throughout the year. They were nominated for successfully adding two expectant mother parking spots to campus and developing a Title IX plan for pregnant and parenting students to be placed in the Student Handbook!Â

Holy Cross Saints for Life’s Top Accomplishment in the 2025-2026 Academic Year:
On Campus Maternity Parking
This year, Saints for Life completed a project to add maternity parking on campus! The process itself was surprisingly short, thanks to other Catholics working at the college who support the mission. After meeting with the Assistant Vice President of Campus Operations and the head of Campus Security Team, it was just a matter of where, how many, and the design.
The group eventually decided to create a sign for not only expectant mothers, but also parents with small children and the disabled. Because of this small change, the group was able to repurpose two of the school’s handicapped spots and expand the audience they could serve.  From start to finish, the process took less than three months!
While Holy Cross College only has a few student parents, parking for expectant mothers serves as a great witness to any visitors from the greater South Bend community and beyond. Schools often say they are pro-life, but these spots are a visible witness to the importance of “loving them both.” It has been such a treat to have visitors and those parenting students express their gratitude to the group. Being pro-life is more than being pro-birth; it’s supporting parents in their vocation as caregivers for precious little souls and helping them every step of the way. While some might walk right past the signs, they have left a great impact on the target audience, and that was the goal all along!
COMING SOON IN 2026-2027 . . .
Holy Cross Saints for Life hopes to continue their leadership on campus by working with the school to revamp their Mind and Heart freshman course by adding a semester-long study to help girls track their cycles and understand how their hormones affect their day-to-day life. While supporting preborn babies and the family are a large part of the pro-life movement, Saints for Life believes women understanding their own bodies can help them thrive as individuals and mothers. This study, while still in the works, would help freshmen track their cycles, hormonal changes, and any fluctuation in their health as the semester goes by. Hopefully, this will destigmatize “that time of the month” and help women understand how a holistic approach can improve their lives, both as students and as future mothers.

UCLA LIVE ACTION
UCLA Live Action at the University of California, Los Angeles was established in 2006 and now has 70 active members. The group hosted over 20 events on campus this year, including Mission Nights, bi-monthly tabling events, and bi-monthly speakers like Franco Aurelio or Lila Rose. They also partnered closely with their local Pregnancy Center. The group was nominated for helping lead the California Diaper Drive Day in Fall 2025. Â

UCLA Live Action’s Top Accomplishment in the 2025-2026 Academic Year:
Helping Coordinate the California Diaper Drive
Live Action UCLA was instrumental in helping coordinate the statewide California Diaper Drive with their Students for Life of America Regional Coordinator Christian Alan. This drive secured hundreds of donations for California Pregnancy Centers.
COMING SOON IN 2026-2027 . . .
UCLA Live Action hopes to continue their leadership on campus by hosting tabletop displays and being an instrumental force in helping plan the California Diaper Drive Day during the 2026-2027 academic year. The group hopes to further expand the club and incorporate more workshops for members to proactively approach discourse on the topic.
