Group of the Year!

The 2024-2025 Group of the Year

At the end of each school year, the Pro-Life Generation, along with Students for Life of America's (SFLA) family of supporters, helps us select four Students for Life groups to win Group of the Year awards. The winning groups receive a certificate, a shoutout on our national social media accounts, and $300 to help expand the group's efforts even further next school year. Read on to see this year's nominees for the following four categories: Best College Group, Best High School Group, Best New Group, and Best Standing With You Group of the Year!

How does a group qualify as a nominee for each award?

Students for Life of America has 1500+ student groups across the country, all doing incredible work at their schools. Some groups have stood out this year that we would like to honor for their hard work. Student groups are selected for each award based on the below criteria:

  1. Dedication to pro-life activism on campus and online.

  2. The ability to pivot and continue spreading the pro-life message despite in-person limitations.

  3. Responding quickly and positively to controversy

  4. Going above and beyond participation in the Five Pillars of Pro-Life Activism

We have selected the top groups in each category this year based on this criteria, now it’s your turn to vote!

Read about each group below and pick your favorite group for each award. Cast your vote by Friday, June 20th. The group with the most votes in each category will be the winner! Winners for each award will be announced on Sunday June 29th live from the National Leaders Collective kickoff weekend in Washington D.C.

Group of the Year Awards

Every year, Students for Life of America gets the opportunity to highlight the efforts of our top student groups from across the country. It is a time to show what our courageous students do on a daily basis to bring the post-Roe message to their campuses.

The awards are College group of the year, where all our top Colleges and Universities get to compete for your vote, High School group of the year where all our top high school groups get to show their efforts on their campuses, Standing With You Group of the Year where all our groups who focus on helping pregnant and parenting students get to compete for your vote, and finally our Best New Group of the Year where a group that was created during the previous year can get recognized for their efforts on their campus.

Each top nominated group will get to send two representatives to our exclusive weekend training session with all our leaders in Washington DC this summer where the winners will be awarded a $300 stipend for group activities in the following year.
