Today on  Explicitly Pro-Life, the podcast hosted by SFLA president Kristan Hawkins, Texas Representative Briscoe Cain joins Hawkins to discuss his story and how the Pro-Life Generation can lead on an issue that is widely considered controversial: abortion.

The episode, entitled “How To Be a Leader on Controversial Issues,” talks about the origins of the Texas Heartbeat Bill, how Cain came to be the pro-life leader he is today, and how younger pro-lifers can lead in similar ways.

As one of the proponents of the Texas Heartbeat Law, Cain asserts that one of the most important things the Pro-Life Generation must remember is to not water down their own solutions. Instead of working towards lukewarm pro-life goals, the pro-life movement should work to advance the best pro-life bills possible.
