Students for Life has warned the public that chemical abortion pills are the weapon of choice for anyone with intentions on killing the preborn, which certainly applies to abusers. Now, another case of a man forcing a woman to take chemical abortion pills against her will is hitting the headlines, and this time, it’s coming out of one of the most prestigious military institutions in the country.
Caleb T. Suh is to be sentenced in the New York Supreme Court for the assault and battery of “Jane Doe,” in which he secretly drugged her with chemical abortion pills in 2022 when they were cadets at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
The October 28 filing states that Doe learned she was pregnant with Suh’s baby in January 2022 only to face pressure from Suh to get an abortion. When Doe refused, Suh admitted he faked being supportive of her decision before using her information to create an account with an online pharmacy without her knowledge.
“On Feb. 4, 2022, Suh brought a drink he described as a pregnancy protein shake to Doe’s barracks room, according to the complaint,” FOX News reports. “She became sick and drifted in and out of consciousness after drinking it.”
Suh has openly admitted in federal court that he drugged Doe with chemical abortion pills without her knowledge and consent, saying he also gave her Xanax without her knowledge to make her lose consciousness while he gave her the deadly chemical abortion pills.
“Doe reported the incident to the Army Criminal Investigation Division at West Point in May 2022,” FOX News reports. “Suh was charged in federal court in June 2026 and pleaded guilty June 30 to assault resulting in substantial bodily injury to a dating partner.”
While Doe has struggled with the physical and mental toll of the abortion Suh forced on her, Suh went on to attend two Ivy League universities. He graduated from Cornell University in May 2026 before starting a master’s program in public health at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
The irony of Suh pursuing degrees in public health is palpable. While he has openly admitted to creating a fraudulent account with a pharmacy to receive pills to drug an innocent woman and end the life of her preborn child, he is pursuing a degree in public health while the woman he abused continues to suffer from his actions.
And yet, the courts agreed to delay his sentencing until January 2027 so he could finish his semester at Columbia.
This is exactly why Students for Life fights to save preborn lives. Whether it is Students for Life of America debunking pro-abortion lies on campus or Students for Life Action bringing the Life issue straight to voters and supporting life-affirming legislation, the Pro-Life Generation works tirelessly to make abortion both unavailable and unimaginable.
With the massive threats that the pro-life movement faces from an increasingly radical pro-abortion lobby, Students for Life’s work has never been more important, and we will not stop fighting until every life is valued from womb to natural death.
