There is no end to where pro-abortion activists will push their deadly and illegal ideas.

MayDay Health, an organization dedicated to pushing women to seek abortions in pro-life states in opposition to those states’ laws, flew a plane over the Kentucky State Fair with a banner stating “ABORTION PILLS BY MAIL” and the company name.

The Kentucky State Fair is held each fall hosting over 600,000 visitors, including children and school groups.

While most people would be horrified by messaging that promotes abortion to children, this was celebrated by pro-abortion activists in the area.

Dr. Michelle Elisburg, a member of the Kentucky Religious Coalition for Reproductive Health, said regarding the signs: “I just think that even kids, and every person is entitled to the same, factual information.”

Kentucky Attorney General (AG) Russell Coleman took to X to denounce MayDay Health’s actions.

“It appears abortion activists are flying over Louisville advertising illegal drugs,” said AG Coleman in an X post. “They are breaking the law.”

AG Coleman referenced his office’s investigation into criminal mail-order abortion pills like the ones MayDay Health promotes.

Kentucky has some of the most life-defending laws in the country, only allowing abortion to prevent the death or permanent impairment of the mother. Chemical abortion pills are similarly restricted, making this advertisement a direct challenge to a Kentucky law that prohibits mail-order abortion.

“Out of state activist groups who are targeting the vulnerable here should be on notice: Keep your illegal pills out of our Commonwealth or face the full weight of the Attorney General’s Office,” said AG Coleman in a news release about the investigation. “These deadly and unlawful pills cannot be allowed to continue flooding into Kentucky through the mail, and we will thoroughly pursue every lead to hold bad actors accountable.”

With this act, MayDay Health has opened itself up to more legal trouble with the Bluegrass State.

“We will not tolerate this illegal danger,” said AG Coleman on X.

MayDay Health’s Executive Director Leo Raisner was clearly not concerned about legality when planning this heinous stunt.

“We want everyone to know that safe, effective abortion medication exists,” said Raisner on the matter.

Raisner’s claim that chemical abortion pills are safe has been repeatedly proven false. At least 36 women have died from chemical abortion pills since their approval was approved by the FDA in 2000, and thousands more have been injured. In fact, studies have shown that more than 1 in 10 women are seriously injured by abortion pills, much higher than the 0.5% the FDA reports.

Online mail-order abortion vendors are well-known for willingly violating federal laws and safety limits to abort as many children as possible, risking women’s lives in the process.
