A shocking new report revealed that nearly 80% of Planned Parenthood locations deal not just in killing preborn children, but mutilating born children with sex-rejecting procedures. 

The report, released by the American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds), found that nearly 450 Planned Parenthood locations give kids as young as 16 years old permanent, life-altering procedures that deny their biology. That number is “more than the number of locations that offer abortion,” according to the ACPeds report. 

Planned Parenthood’s minor-targeting procedures include “estrogen and anti-androgen hormone therapy, testosterone therapy, puberty blockers, surgery referrals, and transition support (social, legal),” according to the report. Additionally, they provide “chest binders” and tips on crossdressing to push children to hate and reject their bodies. 

While many assume these procedures and ideas are being fed to kids with parental consent, the report found that Planned Parenthood routinely prescribes young girls birth control to stop their periods without requiring a parent’s permission. 

This information comes as polling shows 66% of American taxpayers don’t want to fund sex-rejecting procedures for anyone of any age. Despite this, Planned Parenthood received around $832 million in taxpayer dollars in 2025.

Planned Parenthood has seen an increase in these mutilating procedures of over 40% from 2024 to 2025. The abortion vendor is the largest provider of sex-rejecting hormones. Meanwhile, their other non-abortive services — such as pregnancy and HIV/STD testing — have fallen by as much as 72%. 

“With the release of our new fact sheet, we want to present evidence regarding Planned Parenthood’s harmful and life-threatening practices and urge Congress to defund them,” said ACPeds Executive Director Dr. Jill Simons in a press release. “Children, mothers, and families deserve safe and compassionate care that does not deprive them of informed consent or seek to impose ideological beliefs. They deserve better.” 

Planned Parenthood’s mission is clear: to end the lives of as many children as possible. If they cannot do it through abortion alone, then they will do it by sterilizing the rising generation through permanent, sex-rejecting procedures.
