How to Participate
Register for the challenge. Participants will receive a customizable insta graphic to share on Instagram.

Choose your training. Whether you are in high school, college, medical school, law school, or a pro-life young adult, we have new content for you! Visit our Insta Challenge Series on SFLAHQ and watch one of our NEW training videos:
- How to Change a Policy on Campus 101
- How to Rapidly Respond Online
- How to Handle a Campus Vandalism
- Know Your Conscience Rights
- The Five Pillars of Pro-Life Activism for Pro-Life Young Adults
Comment on the training video. We want to hear what you learn! Post your biggest takeaway or the most interesting thing you learned in the comments section below the video that you choose on HQ.
Share to social media. Fill in the blanks on the customizable insta graphic with the training you watched, your favorite quote, and three friends you want to tag to join the challenge. Post on Instagram and tag @StudentsForLife.
Win prizes! All registered participants who watch one of these videos, comment on HQ, post on social media, and tag SFLA and three friends will win an SFLAHQ tumbler. Students who complete the challenge for three or more videos receive a $25 uber eats gift card.
All comments on HQ and posts on Instagram must be made by Friday, March 5th at 3 pm EST to qualify for prizes.
