“Instead of hiring a physician or anyone with medical management experience, Planned Parenthood, which likes to tout themselves as some kind of ‘health care’ organization, just appointed ANOTHER political activist to lead their organization. That should make it clear what they are really about,” said Students for Life of America’s Kristan Hawkins. 

WASHINGTON D.C. (06-26-2020) – Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins, on hearing that Planned Parenthood has finally made it official in allowing their acting president Alexis McGill Johnson to go from board chair to president, observed that “dumping such news on a Friday afternoon certainly is anticlimactic. Still, while the cast of characters may change, the business of Planned Parenthood remains the same: End innocent life, cash checks, bully politicians, run to court, block voters and buy expensive ad campaigns about everything but abortion.

Hawkins continued: “The billion-dollar abortion industry behemoth Planned Parenthood decided to stay the course and keep Alexis McGill Johnson at the head of an organization she has helped run for years, which means that she must fully support the agenda of the nation’s number one abortion vendor. But I would like to ask her a few questions, such as: Does she plan to facilitate the use and sale of broken infant bodies? Does she intent to fight health and safety standards designed to protect women from disreputable abortionists and filthy conditions? Will she go to court to stop pro-life laws that voters have supported? Does she want to sell chemical abortion pills without testing, risking women’s lives and future fertility? Does she want to force taxpayer to pay for abortions in the United States and around the world?

“Planned Parenthood can present new faces, but it has an old problem. Their business model of ending innocent life for profit makes them a social pariah and inhumane traffickers in human suffering.”
