Children across the country were pressured into sex-rejecting “transgender” treatments and procedures, a new report from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reveals. 

The report, titled “Wolves in White Coats: How Doctors and Hospitals Pushed and Profited from the Fraud of ‘Gender Medicine,’” revealed the horrifying realities behind the Democrat-endorsed gender ideology agenda. 

Forcing these mutilating substances and procedures on children has earned the medical establishment around $120 million since 2019, according to Do No Harm. 

They made their profits in part by committing insurance fraud, lying to insurance companies to get them to pay for the over 8,500 hormone poisonings and 5,500 surgical mutilations performed on minors. 

The report detailed the stories of several survivors of this coerced childhood sex mutilation. 

One of those stories was Clementine Breen, who was pressured by her school counselor to socially transition while struggling with puberty and trauma from sexual assault. 

“At her first medical appointment at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, which was about an hour long, doctors told Clementine’s parents their daughter was “100% trans” and at a high risk of suicide without medical intervention,” explained the New York Post. 

Fearing for their daughter’s life, her parents agreed. Clementine quickly took a turn for the worse as her mental health further deteriorated. She was put on psychiatric medications without doctors addressing the possibility of her hormone treatments being a cause. 

As reported by the New York Post: 

Only once she started undergoing serious therapy for her condition did she realize her gender confusion likely stemmed from her sexual abuse, and she stopped taking testosterone at 18. But her body was left a wreck, full of pain and irregular menstruation cycles, and requiring estrogen to reverse the damage. 

And once she started pursuing breast reconstructive surgery she began to face resistance from doctors — with people questioning her mental stability, and some even ghosting her and refusing to respond. 

“She did not face this same scrutiny when seeking a mastectomy at 14,” the report read, also claiming she found therapist letters in her medical record which bogusly claimed she’d had gender dysphoria her whole life. 

The 64-page report was full of horror stories like Clementine’s, exposing the radical, deceptive, and predatory nature of adults in positions of influence who push sex-rejection on children and their parents. 

What makes this worse: American taxpayers were funding these procedures through Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). 

Luckily, that will no longer be the case. HHS announced that they are ending federal Medicaid and CHIP funding for sex-rejecting procedures on minors due to the obvious and devastating risks. That funding freeze will start in October 2026. 

While the government was tackling justice for children wronged by an extremist medical establishment, Planned Parenthood was going to state governments to continue the terror. 

Planned Parenthood Empire State Acts called on the New York state government to give additional funds to mutilate more children, first targeting those in low-income families. 

This is not shocking. Planned Parenthood is the top provider of sex-rejecting treatments and procedures in the country, with 80% of Planned Parenthood locations mutiliating minors. 

Planned Parenthood is a danger to children inside and outside of the womb. This is one of the many reasons why Students for Life of America (SFLA) made the historic achievement of defunding Planned Parenthood for an entire year and is pushing for their permanent debarment from being eligible to receive federal funds.
