In a Fox & Friends Segment, Students for Life Action President spoke with Fox host Rachel Campos-Duffy on the health hazard for those who watch President Joe Biden’s annual State of the Union address, a long and disjointed pitch for more abortion in America.
Rachel: “I’d like to get your reaction to the State of the Union speech and leave some time, because this is going to be an issue. And a lot of politicians are putting their heads in the sand. And Republicans think they can just not talk about abortion, and it will go away. And this is something they can actually win on, and I know you believe that, so let’s start with the State of the Union.”
Kristan: “I hope Americans wore neck braces on Thursday night – I was on the plane, I felt that I should’ve wore one to watch. The rhetorical whiplash that we all got from the State of the Union was simply stunning. We heard messages that women are powerful, we can do anything – except multitask and be a mother and also work.
Babies in test tubes are fantastic and valuable and loved. But babies in the womb? Not so much and they should be allowed to be aborted up until the moment of birth.
And if they’re diagnosed with a genetic abnormality as your daughter or my daughter were in the womb, they should be simply thrown away or discarded.
The environment: we should protect it. Big pharma: we should go after it. Making money off of prescription drugs? Unless they’re selling chemical abortion pills, and then we should completely unregulate it, even though women are dying or becoming infertile after aborting their child, and these drugs are polluting our waterways with known endocrine disruptors.
The law is good – unless it comes from the Supreme Court, then it’s bad. It was unbelievable.”
In a departure from the U.S. tradition of show respect for the court, Biden in his highly partisan speech criticized the justices who noted in the Dobbs decision that neither a “right to privacy” or abortion on in the Constitution, making a so-called “right” to abortion a work of fiction by activist judges.
In his remarks, Joe Biden said: “The decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court majority wrote the following – and with all due respect, Justices, women are not without electoral power – excuse me, sorry electoral or political power. You’re about to realize this how much you’re right about that.”
