Frances Floresca grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. A graduate of the University of Utah, Frances is a proud wife to a U.S. Army soldier and mom to an energetic toddler.

Frances’ passion for the pro-life movement began in college, where she got involved with campus and local organizations that affirmed life. With a mother who served as a NICU nurse, Frances developed an understanding of how abortion harms both women & preborn children.

Throughout her career, Frances investigated abortionists tied to universities and educators with connections to the abortion industry, reporting for outlets such as Campus ReformHerzog Foundation’s The Lion, the Daily Caller, and other media platforms. She has also lobbied lawmakers on pro-life & pro-family legislation in her home state of Utah and around the country.

Frances has appeared as a guest commentator and columnist for TownhallReal America’s VoiceThe Daily WireFox News Radio, the Todd Starnes Show, One America News NetworkSalem News Channel, and local media outlets covering topics from education policy to abortion to protecting women’s spaces.

Bringing her background in news media and education policy to serve the Pro-Life Generation, Frances is honored to be part of a mission close to her heart. It was the first issue that drew her into public policy, and she believes life is a God-given right—worthy of protection from the moment of conception.

A classically trained singer who can sing in over 40 languages, Frances also enjoys pageantry. When the Miss USA and Miss Universe systems began allowing married women and mothers to compete, she embraced the challenge—competing for Miss Georgia USA while balancing motherhood during her husband’s deployment. She now holds the title of Universe United Mrs. Georgia.

Frances uses her voice to encourage mothers, whether they work outside the home or stay at home, to use their gifts to make a difference in the world.

Frances currently resides in Augusta, GA after also living in Washington, DC and Las Vegas, NV—and serves the Pro-Life Generation as Students for Life Action’s media specialist and online writer/editor. This work includes reaching out to national and local news outlets, creating video reports, and writing & editing articles.
