Can’t Win the Debate? Just Steal Students for Life’s Gear
Mia Akins | October 29, 2025
Written by Mia Akins and Allison Clements Our objective when visiting campus is always to have respectful conversations with students about abortions. Unfortunately, not everyone champions free speech and open dialogue. Students for Life of America (SFLA) Pacific Northwest Regional Coordinator Allison Clements and Campus Formation Coordinator Mia Akins visited the University of Washington-Bothell with the Planned Parenthood Cemetery of Innocents Display. The display has 1,102

SFLA Alum Celebrates 5+ Years of Leading National Nonprofit “Let Them Live”
Emily Berning | October 28, 2025
I was a sophomore in college when the Lord really put it on my heart to start learning about abortion and what it means to be pro-life. I grew up pro-life, but this was the first time I ever felt deeply convicted to take action. I remember going through the campus directory to see if there was already a pro-life group I could join. There was one listed, but

Miracle at Mott: Michigan Mom Chooses LIFE
Morgan Reece | October 27, 2025
On October 14, I hosted a recruitment tabling event at Mott Community College, in collaboration with their Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter. This girl signed up for the club but hesitated to tell me she just found out last week that she was pregnant. After I packed up and was about to leave, I was walking back into Mott Community College to use the restroom when the girl approached

Drive the Message Home—How a Student’s Free Pro-Life Bumper Stickers Saves Lives
Gabriel Dionisi | October 24, 2025
These “Choose Life” bumper stickers are available for FREE at ProLifeStickers.com The millions of lives lost to abortion in our country remain an enormous tragedy, and I find it especially tragic that so many women who have abortions don’t even want them. In one recent study by the Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI), 67% of women described their abortions as unwanted, coerced, or inconsistent with their values and preferences. Here’s the bright side: vast numbers of these

Louisiana’s War on Chemical Abortion Pills: State Holds FDA Accountable for Lack of Regulation
Anna Anderson | October 20, 2025
Attorney General Liz Murrill is filing a lawsuit against the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), further cementing the Pelican State’s bold stance against Chemical Abortion Pill trafficking within its borders. For months, Louisiana has led the charge on the issue of Chemical Abortion trafficking after it gained national attention when a Louisiana mother reportedly forced her underage daughter to take pills obtained from a New York abortionist—an act that led

60 YEARS LATER: Bowling Green State University Removes Dehumanizing Display of Miscarried Babies
Morgan Reece | October 14, 2025
After nearly 60 years, Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in Ohio has finally removed a disrespectful and disgusting display featuring 30 miscarried babies preserved in jars. According to current students whose parents and grandparents also attended BGSU, the display had been in place since at least the 1970s. It showcased preborn children from all three trimesters, accompanied by descriptions of their health conditions or abnormalities, where applicable.

Pro-Life Generation Takes a Stand: Challenging Planned Parenthood’s Expansion in Indiana and Fundraising Gala in Texas
Jordan Butler | October 13, 2025
Students for Life of America (SFLA) stands up for Life every day. Last month, however, we made our voices heard at two major Planned Parenthood events, showing the strength and resolve of our movement in the face of adversity and potential (and almost certain) hostility. On the evening of September 16th, the Pro-Life Generation (PLG) gathered in Indianapolis to protest the open house for Planned Parenthood’s new administrative office. We’re always disheartened when a new Planned Parenthood building opens its doors, but we’re determined to ensure the

Students for Life & SCOTUS: The 2025 Amicus Briefs That Could Reshape Parental Rights and Pro-Life Law
Jordan Butler | October 8, 2025
As the U.S. Supreme Court kicks off its October term, Students for Life of America (SFLA) is actively engaged in shaping the legal landscape when it comes to protecting children inside and outside of the womb. In 2025, SFLA signed onto several amicus briefs in pending cases that reflect our mission to protect Life from abortion or transgender mutilation, defend parental rights, shield children

Does Your School Offer Abortion in Its Insurance Plan? How Preborn Death Became a Part of Your PPO.
Jordan Butler | October 6, 2025
Getting into the groove of the school season brings familiar challenges, including the ongoing fight over abortion. While hearts and minds are engaged in campus debates, another battle unfolds quietly: student insurance plans that cover abortion. We have Harvard University to thank as the “trailblazer.” A few years after Roe v. Wade’s establishment, the school’s paper, Harvard Crimson, announced in November 1976 that elective abortions would be included in its regular health

Even Planned Parenthood Can’t Deny It: Abortion Rates Fell Post-Roe
Jordan Butler | October 3, 2025
The fall of Roe v. Wade is yielding life-saving results, and even Planned Parenthood’s own research arm, the Guttmacher Institute, can’t deny it. In a recent article, TIME reluctantly reported that approximately 518,940 abortions took place in states without near-total abortion restrictions during the first half of 2025. That’s a 5% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. Even more telling, the number of people crossing state lines for abortions dropped by 8%: a clear sign that pro-life laws are having
