This is sick. Abortionists joke about eyeballs, illegal methods of abortion.

Video footage that has never been released of Planned Parenthood and other abortionists discussing the illegal sale of aborted baby body parts is now public.

And it’s worse than we’ve ever seen.

These videos are from the Center for Medical Progress and David Daleiden and are coming out nearly two years after the first explosive videos showed abortionists and Planned Parenthood executives callously discussing how much money they would take for certain baby body parts – which is illegal by the way.

Here are the new videos (be forewarned, they include graphic language).

While Congress stalls under constant infighting and disagreements, Planned Parenthood is allowed to continue their barbaric practices of literally ripping up little children, selling them piece-by-piece and harming their mothers.

They need to be defunded and it needs to happen now. The defunding Planned Parenthood bill sits in the Senate after passing the House of Representatives last month.

The Senate needs to act NOW.

Can you do two things?

  • Call your US Senator and tell them to defund Planned Parenthood. Tell them to watch this video. Tell them that every day without inaction allows these crimes to happen.
  • Share this video everywhere. Everyone needs to be reminded what we are fighting against.

Here are just some of the statements caught on tape from the National Abortion Federation conference, a secretive meeting that happens every year. This is footage that has never been released because a judge wouldn’t allow it. You’ll see why:

“But we certainly do intact D&Es.” ~ Dr. Stacy De-Lin, the director of abortion services for Planned Parenthood of New York City  [dilation and extraction is partial-birth abortion, which is illegal under federal law]

“The fetus is a tough little object, and taking it apart, I mean, taking it apart on Day One is very difficult. . . . You go in there, and you go, “Am I getting the uterus or the fetus? Oh, good, fetus. [Robinson makes a stabbing sound effect] What have I got? Nothing. Let’s try again.” ~ Dr. Susan Robinson, an abortion provider at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte

“You know, sometimes she’ll tell me she wants brain, and we’ll, you know, leave the calvarium in till last, and then try to basically take it, or actually, you know, catch everything and keep it separate from the rest of the tissue so it doesn’t get lost.” ~ Dr. Deborah Nucatola, the senior director of medical services for Planned Parenthood Federation of America

“I know Planned Parenthood sells a lot of stuff [fetal organs] to people.” ~ Dr. Paul Blumenthal, the former medical director for Planned Parenthood of Maryland

Students for Life Groups to call for investigations into fetal trafficking industry at their schools

The Center for Medical Progress videos that came out in the summer of 2015 and rocked the entire abortion industry became a catalyst for massive investigations into the illegal buying and selling of aborted baby body parts, invalid consent forms, and privacy violations – just to name a few of the criminal actions. At the end of last year, the Select Panel on Infant Lives in the U.S. House of Representatives, the task force investigating the abortion industry and their partners, released their findings in a 500-page massive report. During the course of their year-long investigation, they recommended over a dozen criminal referrals for Planned Parenthood and their business partners in the fetal trafficking industry.

Some of the referrals were against the University of New Mexico and other findings in the report pointed to the possible illegal involvement of other universities who may have been (and continue to) participate in the fetal trafficking industry.

Students for Life groups at these schools have been following the developments and with our help at national Students for Life of America, will be hosting rallies over the next month calling on their universities to stop participating in fetal trafficking and ask for investigations into possible criminal violations.

The map shows where we will be holding rallies:

  • The University of New Mexico
  • Indiana University
  • The University of Texas Medical Branch
  • University of Michigan
  • Colorado State University

Women and their preborn babies are merely numbers and dollars signs to the abortion industry, which seeks to make a profit off of illegally trafficking baby body parts and selling them for profit. The Select Panel report points to these universities as likely players in the fetal trafficking industry.

Additionally, contrary to what the abortion industry says, there is zero evidence that fetal tissue of aborted babies has contributed to any kind of life-saving treatment for disease. The abortion industry uses non-existent research for pressure women for their consent to hand over their aborted children for profit.

Baby Body Parts Massive Report Reveals Planned Parenthood’s Guilt

The Select Panel on Infant Lives released a comprehensive report today on their investigations into the fetal tissue trafficking issues over the past year. The report can be found here. We’ve listed all of the criminal referrals and a brief summary below but this only the tip of the iceberg.

The report is over 2,000 pages long, including all the supporting documents. More will undoubtedly be revealed. Our president, Kristan Hawkins, said this in summary of the report:

“The strain running through the thousands of pages of reports from the Select Panel on Infant Lives is that Planned Parenthood and their business partners are far from the innocent parties they claim to be, that it was their every intention to make money off of the sale of the body parts of babies they aborted. They knew their consent forms were bogus, and they freely broke laws that put women in danger by illegally changing the abortion procedure to procure better organs to sell for money. The final report is heart-wrenching to read, extracting details about late-term abortionists who, like the infamous Kermit Gosnell, killed babies born alive after botched abortions.

“It is our deepest hope that Planned Parenthood, StemExpress, their business partners, and these late-term abortionists be brought to swift justice by the immediate investigation and prosecution of the U.S. Department of Justice and various state Attorneys General to whom charges were referred. We also agree with the recommendation of the Select Panel that Planned Parenthood be immediately defunded of all taxpayer dollars and that the money be redirected to healthcare providers that do not commit abortions.”

This is a list of the criminal referrals released from the Select Panel on Infant Lives under the House Energy & Commerce Committee, which is contained in their comprehensive report:

  1. The Panel’s investigation revealed that StemExpress and “certain abortion clinics” were violating patient privacy rights under HIPAA for financial gain. A referral was made to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Referral letter here.
  1. The Panel also referred StemExpress to the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services for using invalid consent forms. Also, StemExpress was attempting to interest their customers in fetal baby body parts before an action abortion had taken place, which raise “serious concerns that there may have been coercion or undue influence upon the patient to consent to procurement.” Referral letter here.
  1. TheUniversity of New Mexico was found to have violated their state’s Anatomical Gift Act by receiving tissue from a late-term abortion facility, Southwestern Women’s Options in Albuquerque, NM. The matter was referred to the New Mexico Attorney General for further investigation and prosecution. Referral letter here.
  1. A supplemental referral to the New Mexico Attorney General was made that found that the Southwestern Women’s Options abortion facility and the University of New Mexico provided insufficient consent forms to at least one patient. Referral letter here.
  1. It was discovered that an abortion facility in Arkansas violated the law by selling aborted baby remains to StemExpress for profit. A referral was made to the Arkansas District Attorney. Referral letter here.
  1. The Panel’s investigation discovered that Presidential Women’s Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, violated the federal and state law though their relationship with StemExpress, which allowed it to illegally profit from the sale of aborted baby remains. The matter was referred to the Florida Attorney General. Referral letter here.
  1. After conducting a forensic analysis of the limited financial data submitted by StemExpress, the Select Panel found that it was violating federal law by profiting from the sale of aborted baby remains. Referrals were sent to the El Dorado, CA District Attorney and the U.S. Department of Justice. Referral letter here.
  1. DV Biologics, a tissue procurement company, was found to have been illegally trafficking aborted baby remains for profit and had failed to collect California sales taxes. The Orange County District Attorney has sued and the Select Panel made a supplemental referral. (Operation Rescue uncovered aquid pro quo relationship between the owners of DV Biologics and former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who granted special favors to them.) Referral letter here.
  1. It was discovered that Planned Parenthood of Gulf Coast broke the law when it sold aborted baby remains for profit to the University of Texas. Operation Rescue’s Texas attorney, Briscoe Cain, received evidence of this illegal conduct through a FOIA request and referred the evidence on to investigators. The Select Panel referred the case to the Texas Attorney General. Referral letter here.
  1. Advanced Bioscience Resources was found to have profited from the sale of aborted baby remains to “various universities.” A referral was made to the Riverside, CA District Attorney. Referral letter here.

11, 12. The Panel found gross violations of the Born Alive Infant Protection Act and the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act by a late-term abortionist in Texas whereby he killed babies born alive after botched abortions. The panel referred him for criminal prosecution to the Texas Attorney General (letter here) and the U.S. Department of Justice (letter here).

  1. The Panel found that StemExpress likely destroyed documents key to fetal tissue transfer and referred the matter to the U.S. Department of Justice. Referral letter here.
  1. The Panel found that at least four Planned Parenthood facilities in California and Novogenix violated the law by profiting off of the sale of baby body parts and referred them for criminal prosecution to the U.S. Department of Justice. Referral letter here.

Unraveling of the for-profit baby body parts industry?

Some big news out of California, of all places, on fallout from the Center for Medical Progress undercover videos.

The Orange County District Attorney in California filed suit today against DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, both partners of Planned Parenthood, who supplied them with body parts of aborted babies. The lawsuit alleges the companies illegally profited off of those body parts. Center for Medical Progress undercover videos in California involved correspondence with DV Biologics.

Kristan Hawkins, president of SFLA, said this:

“The Orange County, California District Attorney should be commended for suing two of Planned Parenthood’s business partners, DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, for profiting off of the body parts of aborted babies, sold to them by Planned Parenthood. Hopefully this lawsuit is the beginning of the unraveling of the entire for-profit fetal tissue industry, one that Planned Parenthood has played a key role in for years.

“If a California District Attorney can file suit for illegally profiting off of baby body parts, there’s no excuse for law enforcement in other parts of the country not to do their jobs and put a stop to this criminal activity.”

We will update this blog as more information becomes available but for now, this is awesome news!
