A 15-week abortion ban from Mississippi is being challenged at the Supreme Court in a case called Dobbs v. Jackson and their decision will come out this summer. Dobbs will decide if previability bans on abortion are considered constitutional and, if upheld, could undermine Roe v. Wade's already weak foundation.

To prepare for a post-Roe America, we need to talk about supporting women on campus and in communities. This is an urgent conversation that all Americans, both pro-life and pro-choice, need to have NOW. Non-violent pregnancy options, real resources, and supportive services are already heavily available. But we can always do more.
