Nate Rochelle grew up in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and attended Coastal Carolina Community College, where he earned his Associate in Arts degree.

Nate’s passion for the pro-life movement began after watching the film Unplanned. Unable to stop thinking about the reality of abortion and the lives affected by it, he knew he could no longer remain on the sidelines. That moment led him to Students for Life of America, where he found a mission dedicated to protecting both mothers and their children.

While attending Southwest High School in Jacksonville, North Carolina, Nate founded his school’s Students for Life group after overcoming resistance from district officials who attempted to block the club’s approval. Following its founding, he served as president until graduation, leading tabling events, Chalk Day demonstrations, student outreach efforts, and campus activism initiatives. Nate has also participated in grassroots door-knocking efforts with Students for Life Action.

Nate has been featured on the Students for Life of America website, where he shared his personal story and involvement in the Pro-Life Generation. He has also lobbied in Washington, D.C., advocating for pro-life legislation and policies.

Nate currently serves the Pro-Life Generation as Students for Life’s Virginia Regional Coordinator. His work includes mentoring student leaders, helping strengthen campus groups, organizing activism efforts, and equipping students to advocate for the preborn throughout Virginia.
