Maggie Fox grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, and graduated from Saint Anselm College with a degree in Great Books.

Her pro-life convictions were shaped by her grandfather—who stood on the early frontlines of the March for Life—and by her mother, who volunteered at pregnancy help centers and brought Maggie and her sisters from a young age. Maggie began volunteering for Birthright in high school and continued serving during and after college—supporting women facing crisis pregnancies, assisting local pregnancy help centers, joining 40 Days for Life, attending the March for Life, and praying outside abortion facilities with her husband and daughter.

Motherhood has only strengthened her convictions and deepened her desire to build a Culture of Life, echoing the uplifting call of Pope St. John Paul II in Evangelium Vitae: “With the help of God’s grace, we can do this… and life will be victorious.” Her Catholic faith has always been the foundation of her pro-life convictions and her commitment to this work.

Her teenage daughter is now a bold member of the Pro-Life Generation who hopes to become a future leader in the movement.

Maggie resides in Indianapolis with her husband and daughter and serves the Pro-Life Generation as Students for Life’s Deputy Development Director, focusing on the operations side of fundraising—leading project management, organizing systems, and ensuring alignment and execution across development initiatives.
