Chloe Osborne grew up in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from Charleston Southern University after majoring in Communication Studies.

Chloe discovered her passion for the Pro-Life Movement by joining her local pregnancy center’s student panel. Through the Palmetto Women’s Center’s student panel, she learned more about abortion, how to defend and share her pro-life beliefs, volunteered with service projects to help mothers in need, and attended state and national pro-life marches.

During her time at CSU, Chloe served as the Industry Impact leader in her university’s Students For Life group. She had many conversations with students on campus and raised awareness about abortion’s impact on her campus. During her senior year, she was a Standing With You Fellow, where she changed her university’s pregnancy policy to be more supportive of pregnant and parenting students on her campus.

This policy change at CSU has been featured in an article by Campus Reform. Chloe has also spoken at South Carolina Student Life Summit.

Chloe currently resides in Rock Hill, SC and serves the Pro-Life Generation as Students for Life’s Strategic Leadership Coordinator.
