Planned Parenthood
ExposedPlanned Parenthood’s 4% Lie
Despite being the nation’s single largest abortion vendor, Planned Parenthood has said for the past 20 years that only a small percentage of their “services” are abortions. As of their most recent annual report, they're still claiming abortions make up only about 4% of their affiliates’ services.
However, this is a cleverly packaged lie.
The real question that gets to the heart of the matter is: What does Planned Parenthood declare as a “service?” That answer can be found with a simple equation.
They define a service as a “discrete clinical interaction,” allowing them to deceptively rack up the numbers of services provided in order to make abortion appear like a smaller piece of the pie. For example, if a woman goes to Planned Parenthood for an abortion, she might receive a consultation, a pregnancy test, an ultrasound, the abortion itself, and birth control pills after the fact. In Planned Parenthood’s eyes, they provided this woman with FIVE services, even though the abortion was the entire purpose for the visit and took the most resources and time to commit. Using this deceptive math, Planned Parenthood claims they provided 9.9 million services in 2024 — an obvious exaggeration.

The reality? Planned Parenthood provided just over 448,000 total services to pregnant women in 2024, with 434,450 of those being abortions. That means 97% of what they do for pregnant women is abortion.
Make no mistake about it: Abortion is clearly Planned Parenthood’s #1 priority.
That’s why the number of abortions keeps growing (in addition to their sale of wrong-sex hormones) while their actual health care options for women — such as cancer prevention, prenatal care, and miscarriage care— have been steadily decreasing for the past 10 years.

Planned Parenthood's
Gender BendingPlanned Parenthood is the nation’s largest distributor of wrong-sex sterilizing hormones — and they explicitly target children. Through reported loopholes, these drugs can be prescribed to young people without parental consent, leaving parents in the dark while their children gain access to irreversible, life-altering chemicals.
These drugs destroy fertility, halt normal puberty, and wreak havoc on cardiovascular health and bone density. The risks? Blood clots. Strokes. Increased suicidal ideation.
Just as abortion dominates Planned Parenthood’s services for pregnant women, hormone distribution is fast becoming a central pillar of their predatory business directed toward young people. And just like before, they hide behind misleading statistics and carefully crafted narratives to mask the damage.
Planned Parenthood is in the business of harming children — if they don’t get the chance to kill preborn babies, they have no problem sterilizing them during adolescence.

Other Unethical PracticesWith one scandal after another, Planned Parenthood has proven repeatedly that they only care about their bottom line: money, not women. That’s why this greedy organization has been accused of numerous scandals.
They have been accused of engaging in Medicaid fraud, allegedly submitting claims for unnecessary or unprovided services to receive government funds. Reports also detail instances when they exploited vulnerable women and underage girls, coercing them into abortions without adequate support or consent. Investigations have uncovered allegations of illegally profiting from the sale of aborted baby body parts, violating both ethical and legal boundaries. In addition, several accounts highlight discriminatory and racist practices within their workplace, creating a hostile environment for employees of color.
Planned Parenthood Alternatives
The truth is that nobody needs Planned Parenthood — not men, not women, and definitely not children. There are better options for everyone. Women and their families can receive ethical, affordable care from 19,000+ Federally Qualified Heath Center service sites and 3,000+ Pregnancy Centers. These non-violent alternatives outnumber Planned Parenthood facilities by a wide margin. Beyond being radically more accessible, they also offer agenda-free health care, focus on underserved communities, and provide services and material aid at low or no cost.
FQHCs also bring economic benefits to low-income communities, generating billions in revenue each year.
Take Action
One way YOU can make a difference is to sign the petition below to debar Planned Parenthood now! Debarment would disqualify Planned Parenthood from receiving any funds from the federal government in a manner more permanent than defunding.
