During a hearing as part of the David Daleiden trial, a CEO for StemExpress, Cate Dyer, which buys baby body parts from Planned Parenthood, admitted that they have bought, “beating fetal hearts and intact fetal heads” according to LifeSiteNews.
Daleiden’s attorney, Peter Breen, told LifeSiteNews.com, “If you have a fetus with an intact head and an intact body, and intact extremities, that is something that would indicate that child was born alive, and then had their organs cut out of them, or that that child was the victim of an illegal partial-birth abortion.”
Yet, Daleiden, who practiced his First Amendment rights, is the one under investigation and on trial.
On Fox News recently, Daleiden explained how his First Amendment (and Fourth Amendment rights) have been violated by the entire process, which began at the direction of then-Attorney General Kamala Harris.
The hearings continue all this week. You can catch up on the trial by reading several of our blogs and other articles. below.

Baptist Press has noted that the videos have so far been successful in exposing the issue of trafficking baby body parts, a problem that was largely unreported on before the videos came out.
They wrote, “The 2015 videos, released by Daleiden’s California-based Center for Medical Progress (CMP), claimed to show footage of Planned Parenthood workers trading in body parts from aborted babies. CMP’s investigation prompted congressional examination of Planned Parenthood and a reported investigation by the Department of Justice, as well as renewed federal defunding efforts.”
