With the 2020 Presidential primaries heating up and the Center for Medical Progress cross-examination starting today, we wanted to remind you of a clear story of corruption by Senator Kamala Harris. This occurred when Harris was Attorney General of the state of California.
David Daleiden’s attorneys noted in a motion seeking to throw out the illegally obtained evidence, “Internal email communications released between the Attorney General and Planned Parenthood shows an investigation conducted and overseen by Planned Parenthood and allied activist groups as the basis for a sham search warrant.”
Lifenews.com reports, “They produced evidence in the motion that several state investigators did not believe that the search warrant was accurate or based on probable cause. Despite this, Harris’s office seized unpublished videos and other documents from Daleiden’s computers, hard drives and other documents with “sensitive, unpublished editorial information,” according to the court document.”
The trial of pro-life activists who helped expose the wrongdoing of Planned Parenthood begins this October. LifeSiteNews.com reports, “Judge William Orrick issued a 137-page final order on several motions for summary judgment made by both sides in the Planned Parenthood v. Center for Medical Progress, et al. case, most of which were denied as to the pro-life defendants, with some minor exceptions. The case is slated to begin in Orrick’s San Francisco federal courtroom on October 2, 2019. The case stemmed from an undercover investigative research project that produced a series of videos that showed Planned Parenthood executives violating state and federal laws that prohibit the sale of aborted baby tissues and organs for profit.”
Students for Life of America will continue to monitor the case and keep you updated on the progress. Pro-life activists should not be punished for exposing wrongdoing and exercising their First Amendment rights.
