The blue checkmarks were out in full-force against Clarence Thomas, the nation’s only sitting African-American Supreme Court justice for criticizing the Court’s decision not to take up Indiana’s ban on sex-selective, race-selective, and disability-selective abortions. The decision by the Court means that the 7th Circuit’s ruling, overturning a ban by Indiana on abortions that target babies by race, sex, or disability (such as Down syndrome) would stand.
Thomas wrote of the decision, “Each of the immutable characteristics protected by this law can be known relatively early in a pregnancy, and the law prevents them from becoming the sole criterion for deciding whether the child will live or die. Put differently, this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.”
Immediately, pro-abortion activists and reporters, many bearing the Twitter badge of honor, the blue checkmark, took to Twitter to correct Justice Thomas.

Clarence Thomas' views on abortion and contraception are even scarier when you consider that in the first two years of Trump, no Supreme Court justice has had more of their former clerks appointed to federal judgeships than Thomas.

First time Clarence Thomas asked a question in 6 years was to gaslight that whites, not Blacks, were systematically excluded from juries.
He doesn’t see racism in the extra judicial murder of Blacks by police or anywhere else, but he sees it in abortion?https://t.co/RlKXAhKuSL

In a statement, Kristan Hawkins praised Thomas’ statement. “It’s a shame that today the Supreme Court did not respect the views of the voters in Indiana when they wanted to end eugenic Abortions, but as we see in Missouri, the fight moves on to protect all life.”
Pro-lifers on Twitter praised Thomas’ statements, with some noting that pro-abortion justices and supporters had used these same phrases before.
"[A]bortion can easily be used to eliminate children with unwanted characteristics."

Justice Thomas has 12 pages on the eugenic and racist roots of Planned Parenthood and abortion in the recent SCOTUS Indiana decision. No rebuttal whatever from the left-wing justices. The progressive big lie is starting to fall apart! https://t.co/EHw2fKydMg

Margaret Sanger: Birth control is eugenics.
Alan Guttmacher: Birth control is eugenics.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg: Abortion is eugenics.
Clarence Thomas: Abortion and birth control are eugenics.
Progressives: HOW DARE YOU, SIR
