Students for Life of America will Rally Tuesday Outside of Senate Judiciary Hearings for Supreme Court pick Judge Brett Kavanaugh
WASHINGTON D.C. (08-31-18) – Following up on the successful #Justice4Life Tour in which students rallied this summer in key states across the country in support of the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court, Students for Life of America team members and students on Tuesday will be outside the Hart Senate office building and the U.S. Supreme Court so that the Pro-Life Generation can make their voices heard. In August, students visited North Dakota, Missouri, Indiana, Alaska and West Virginia, holding more than 20 events, and rallied again on Sunday in support of Kavanaugh in key cities as pro-abortion advocates protested the nomination. On Tuesday, as hearings get underway before the Senate Judiciary Committee, students will again demonstrate their passion for restoring protections and respect for life in law.
As Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins has noted, “Students are savvy about the reality that runaway judicial activism has resulted in the radical abortion policies of the United States. This nomination is a chance to restore respect for life to the Supreme Court.”
