Rushad Thomas, 2011 Missionary for Life
Rushad L. Thomas is a 4th year Political Science major at Florida A&M University. He has been actively involved in the pro-life movement and in Florida Republican politics, serving as a volunteer at the Open Door Women’s Clinic in Tallahassee, FL, as an intern with the Rick Scott for Governor campaign, and as a Staff Assistant in the Executive Office of Florida Governor Rick Scott. Last summer he walked on foot from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. with a pro-life organization called Crossroads. After graduating from college in December he hopes to go to graduate school to further his knowledge of Political Science and ultimately hopes to work in politics. He’s also proud to be a First Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and an 8th Grade Sunday School Teacher at the Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Tallahassee, FL.
