Maria Ciarrocchi, Development Director

Maria is thrilled to join the SLFA team!  No stranger to fundraising, Maria has worked for The Lukens Company, where she helped raise money for Republican candidates all across the country and most recently spent the last three years as part of the Development team at Media Research Center.

In addition, Maria is very active in politics (both as a fundraiser and grassroots activist) having worked on the campaigns of  Lisa Marie Cheney for Congress (VA-8), Bush-Cheney ’04, Jerry Kilgore, Bill Bolling (’05 and ’09), Bob McDonnell (’05 and ‘’09), Bill Cleveland, George Allen, McCain-Palin, Ken Cuccinelli, Hunt for State Senate and Fannon for City Council.

She has served as Chairman of the Alexandria Young Republicans (2005-2006) and Second Vice President of the Commonwealth Republican Women’s Club (2010). She is a 2007 graduate of the Jennifer Byler Institute at the Republican Party of Virginia and currently she is Special Events Chair of the Alexandria Republican City Committee.
