Students for Life of America’s National Conference is just around the corner and this year we are excited to be working with Alliance Defense Fund as our co-sponsor! The SFLA National Conference will be held on Sunday, January 23, 2011 and registration is now open! For a limited time, student registration is only $40, so make sure to go to register today!
Every January, Students for Life hosts a National Conference the same weekend as the National March for Life in Washington, D.C. The SFLA National Conference is a one day event full of inspiring pro-life speakers and training for both pro-life students and adults.
The goal of the Conference is to rejuvenate, equip, and empower pro-life students and adults to return to their campuses and communities and effectively fight for the rights of preborn children and their mothers. Last year, the SFLA National Conference sold out with 1,200 students from over 150 universities attending, making the SFLA National conference the largest pro-life youth conference in the world.
This year, on Sunday January 23, 2011, SFLA is set to make history again. SFLA’s National Conference has been sold out for the past two years and this January, with the help of the conference’s co-sponsor, the Alliance Defense Fund, the Conference has moved to a larger location.
The 2011 SFLA National Conference will be held at the North Bethesda Marriott and Conference Center in Bethesda, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. and will feature speakers such as Scott Klusendorf, Alveda King, David French from the Alliance Defense Fund, David Bereit from 40 Days for Life, Peggy Hartshorn from Heartbeat International, Georgette Forney from Silent No More, Jason Jones from iamwholelife.com, Brian Kemper from Stand True, and many more!
For a limited time, the student registration fee as been lowered from $50 to $40 so make sure to register to reserve space now!
