Students for Life of America will join forces with other organizations on Thursday, July 1 at 12:30 – 1:30pm for a press conference on the front steps of the United States Supreme Court. The press conference, organized by Young Americans for Freedom, will include speakers from Students for Life of America, Americans for Tax Reform, Young Conservatives Coalition, and Gun Owners of America, among many other speakers.
“This coalition of young conservatives rallying together demonstrates to the Senate Judiciary Committee that America’s students are against Kagan’s nomination, said Kristan Hawkins, Executive Director of Students for Life of America. She continued, “For many reasons including her disturbing pro-abortion record, young Americans recognize that 30 years of a judicial activist Supreme Court Judge is not a future they want for themselves.”
